Ownership: Builds 'n Lenses Media retains all ownership and rights to all products including but not limited to photographs, videos, 3D tours, floor plans.
Permitted Uses: Media products may be used for commercial purposes of residential properties sales only, including advertising, marketing, promotion, and display on websites and social media and is granted to the lifetime of the listing. Usage is prohibited after the property is sold unless agreed with Builds 'n Lenses Media.
Use of media for short-term rental listings (AirBnB, VRBO, etc) should be explicetly permitted by Builds 'n Lenses Media per listing prior making an order.
Prohibited Uses: Media products may not be used for any illegal or defamatory purpose or in a way that causes harm to Builds 'n Lenses Media or any third party.
Attribution: Builds 'n Lenses Media must be credited as the creator of the media whenever it is used.
Warranty and Liability: Builds 'n Lenses Media warrants that they have the right to grant the usage rights and is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the photographs.
Termination: These terms of use can be terminated at any time by either party.
Governing Law: Any disputes arising from these terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the photographer resides.
Exceeding the number of photos in Packages or A-La Carte: An additional $49+tax will be charged for every 10 photos delivered beyond the purchased package.
